Yes.

For purposes of the proof, we will consider these integers in their base two notation.

We can easily see that 0 can be written as the sum of exactly two prome numbers:


Likewise, we can see that 1 can be written as the sum of exactly two prome numbers:


Every even integer greater than 10 (base two) can be written as a combination of only 1's and 0's, and thus can be written as the sum of exactly two prome numbers.
