It is July 17th, and last I checked I lived in the Northern Hemisphere.

SO WHY IS IT STILL JACKET WEATHER.

It was 31 (felt like 39) today, and tomorrow it's supposed to be 33 (feels like 42) with 80% humidity. This, in a province famous for its "dry heat".

*futile fist shaking here*
